• Analyze project requirements: Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to understand the scope and requirements of the project.
• Determine the costs associated with materials, equipment, labor, and any additional resources required for project execution.
• Perform and evaluate quantity takeoffs to determine the amount of materials needed for each project.
• Evaluate HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems design and confirm compliance with local and international standards.
