Plans, assigns, and supervises the work of an assigned SAP team in the areas of FI/CO, HCM, BPC, BW and ICM, develops and designs appropriate business processes in conjunction with functional managers.
Accountable for the high quality and timely production of all deliverables.
Orchestrate new solutions that meet and adapt business requirements.
Contribute to the architecture design of the SAP systems.
Complete project-based work keeping a focus on hitting key project milestones.
Ensure the adherence of standards.
Build, manage and maintain effective relationships with IS SD groups, third party suppliers and the Business streams.

• Participate in the support organization to provide the proper application support for the end users at all times.
Identifying training needs.
• Conduct on-the-job training and training materials to the end users.
• Develop user manuals for running applications.
• Develop ABAP solutions according to the required specifications including conversions, reports, forms, enhancements, and interfaces for HCM, SD, FI, ICM, CRM and MM Modules.
• CO-PA Reporting and configuration.
• Workflow developments in all SAP areas.
• Technically supervise and develop a team of associate functional consultants.
