After the Estimation Department did their work on the costing & pricing, I start working on the technical part such as; Technical submittals, Method of Statements, Shop-drawings, Compliance statements for each scope as per the specified offer, then delegate the mass of drawings to the drafters and revise them to make sure they are compiled to our financial offer.
Setting a technical meetings with the Main Contractor, Consultant, & Developer/Client, to make sure that our final shop-drawings match their concept/requirements, in order to get the final approvals for production.
- Assist my company acquire new customers and sell additional products or promote services to existing ones; by following up with the developers, consultants, & contractor for getting new inquiries and set technical meeting with their team to introduce our showroom/factory and show our capability for handling such huge projects, on the other hand follow up with the estimation team.
- Set meeting with Interior Designers, Small Consultants, Small Contractors, & Small Developers, in order to introduce our brand to the local market.
- Prepare full package for the walk-in clients after receiving the clients inquires and negotiate on the details, by providing the technical consultancy, some inspiration boards as well as the financial quotation.
- Tracking the best seller pieces, pushing the old pieces on client's quotations under discounts who has a tight budget, as well as making sure that the showroom display meets the client/market requirement.
- Site supervision before and during the fit in.
- Communicating with the factory regarding the new orders, shipping status, and the payment plans for the retail orders.
- Preparing traffic & sales reports on monthly bases.
- Showroom organization; Update the showroom display every 6-9 months.
*Worked on over 75 private Villas & Apartments.
- Prepare material and mood boards that include furniture, fabrics, lighting and accessories.
- Work with Managing Partner in the development of design concepts. Prepare designs slides. Attend inspections for furniture and materials prior to delivery on site. Site supervision before and during the fit in.
- Worked on a 150+ residential, commercial, & hospitality projects.
- Worked on 3 Residential private villas for the Qatari Royal Family.
- Worked on high end mock ups, for most of the biggest developers in Egypt.
- Conducted an executive showroom sales staff training on developing furniture specifications and components to enhance the product sales process.
