• To Liaise with Base office and Principal as per requirements.
• Update DG shipping site for Sign on / off Marine Crew.
• Arrange and check documentation for joiners of Marine as well as production crew.
To check all documents of joiners after their approval and confirm the authentication of CoC (Certificate of Competency) and GMDSS with the Issuing Administrations. (India, UK, Australia, Singapore etc.)
To liaise with Marshall Island and Liberian authority in regards flag state documentation and dispensations.
To contact and source officers and ratting as per requirements from own database and company database.
To update day to date calling list and take approval for officers from the Managers at Singapore.
To check complete documentation Involving Checking of valid travel documents (Passport and seaman book) validity. Valid STCW95 courses certificate, valid flag state documents license and seaman book and any other additional courses required by the owners if any.
Arranging pre-joining formalities like Medical, visa, Hotel Booking and working gear etc.
Contacting/Interacting/follow-ups with Owner /officers / agent regarding onboard recruitments.
Arrangement of the necessary documentation for the required flag states such as Liberian and Marshall Island CRA for joining officers.
Arrange joiners/off signer’s air ticket with the help of travel agent. Also arrange joiner’s visa if on arrival through help of the vessel agent.

To keep record of the crew for the fleet and prepare the planner for the timely sign-on and sign-off. Also putting up of advertisement if any requirement for the fleet for any ranks in line with the Planers. To follow-up and update each crew records for their availability.
To contact vessel superintendent and master for appraisal report and keep a record of each crew’s confidential reports and their performance onboard for future re-employments in co-ordination with the vessel superintendent and Master or head offices.
To follow-ups each crew after sign-off for de-briefing enable to update old crew/officers availability in the shipmate/record.
To keep record for medical sign off/P&I case and co-ordination with ship manager and Head office
In charge of P&I, Inform any incident happened onboard to P&I club. Take all log book entry medical report from the vessel and correspondence with club, technical Manager, vessel agent and Head office. Collect all relevant expenses communication and complete all formalities enable to close case at the earliest after crew fit to sailing.
Checking mail message and reply to all messages without delay. Checking all documents walking candidates.
Communication with MMD when command change on Indian vessel. Online applying change of command and family dispensation.
Assist Supt. Fleet personnel and Fleet manager for manning related work.
Communicate with MMD for extension for Indian License if officer is sailing and his requirement on board is really need.
Handling shipmate Program and update the information for sign on / sign off, extend contract etc.
Pre-planning for crew change in Excel sheet as well as Shipmate.
In charge of staffing officers/rating for the complete fleet comprising for Product, crud Oil, VLCC and FSO. Proposing application for their approval.
