• Overall in-charge for Asset Management of handled projects (EAMS - Maximo & Archibus)
• Prepares and plans schedule of all Asset’s Preventive Maintenance
• Creating and Updating PM and Job plans then generating Work Orders out of it
• Day-to-day dispatching and monitoring of created Work Orders in EAMS (PM, CM, EM & RI)
• Analyzing data/readings collected from Pumping Stations and updating in database
• Managing the flow of documents between internal and external partners
• Preparing project reports for the office and clients
• Conducting site visits to audit and ensure that all assets are of ISO standards
• Helping to coordinate office’s participation in engineering projects

• Monitors plant operation through Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA)
• Ensures secure and reliable 24/7 communication between PWA’s Drainage Network Management System (DNMC) Department and own team
• Ensures that the company will be provided with the best quality of materials and equipment that are within company’s budget
• Manages and monitors shipment of PO transactions from suppliers to company’s end
• Maintaining good relationship with suppliers and updating the prices of their goods
• Attend meetings with partners and suppliers
• Manages inventory of every supply (inspection of actual to system count)
• Supervise employees assigned at project site
• Planning of preventive maintenance of company’s construction equipment
• Building and maintaining strong relationship with key clients from Mining, Construction, and Industrial Sectors
• Generating sales from all equipment product line-up, spare parts, maintenance contracts and other offered services (Machine Check-up, Repairs, Installations, Overhauling, etc.)
• Conducting regular site visits, machine inspection and technical training to all clients
• Planning and Scheduling of Fleet maintenance, repairs and overhauling of Equipment
• Monitoring essential information and whereabouts of client’s Machine fleet using Komatsu satellite tracking (KOMTRAX)
• Creating reports based on findings during troubleshooting and other Job orders
• Supervising Mechanics, Technicians and Foreman/Chief Mechanic at site
• Providing contracts, quotations and proposals to clients
• Submission of Invoices and billing to client (includes collection of payment at times)
• Formulates innovative ways to monitor and maintain efficient parts stock inventory
• Manages Inventory Ordering (Consignment Orders and Emergency orders) from supplier
• Manages foreign and local shipment of Spare Parts
• Ensures proper receiving, storage and releasing of item from spare parts warehouse
• Monitors orders from supplier to customers
• Coordinating with warehouse personnel in minimizing stock discrepancies of actual and system count of all spare parts by implementing perpetual stock taking
• Audits and create reports for the actual inventory count with system count
• Prepare and create sales reports for each product line-up every month
• Prepare reports for each Parts Transactions daily
