I'm in charge if fleet maintenance at jobsites. This includes excavators, bulldozer, movil cranes, backhoe loders, a diferent tipes of yellow line machines. Also i'm in charge of vehicles and truck maintenances and insurances. I give suport in logistics of traslates of heavy machines betwen the jobsites around the country. I had to coordinate the time and tipe of maintenance routine to do in every machine & vehicle in the field, make the purchase of fliters, parts and fluids needed to do the routine. Register all activities made. report to the maintenance CEO all the failures of the equipments and the posible solution and parts needed. Check the right use of the equipment. Recomend to the field construction manager the right equipment to do the job and sopport to the new equipment adquisition. Management of technical personnel and workers (12 people approx.).Procurement of suppliers and credit transactions and payment to them.
Coordination of the maintenance centers 1 (Heavy Vehicles) and 2 (Light Vehicles) of the company.Evaluation and hiring of technical personnel. Management of technical personnel. Deal with suppliers of parts and services.
Assistance in the allocation of the fleet to the routes and to the particular services that are generated. Implementation of the satellite tracking system in the heavy fleet. Design and modification of maintenance management indicators. Management of SAP 100, maintenance module.Development of the maintenance routine of the trailers and trucks in the company. Setup the routines and consumables neede for the maintenances. Plan the anual purchase of filters al fluids for the right operation around the country. Make the cuotation in SAP system for the rigth purchase. Plan the autobody and paint jobs in the trucks and trailers. Verify the corrective maintenance on the vehicles. Verify the correct execution of the preventive mantenace. Establish control of tire and bateries wear and condition. Coordinate the vacation schedules of the mechanics and autobody personnel. Take an annual inventry of all vehicles around the country.

Coordination and planning of corrective maintenance of machinery and vehicles, thats includes tower crane, generators (40kva-500kva), air compressors (50cfm-1050cfm) minishovels, backhoe loders, wheell loders, concrete plants, locomotives & wagons for TBM machines, concrete pumps, light vehicles and trucks articulated cranes for trucks, portico cranes (2tons-52ton).Procurement of consumables. Advice on the installation of mechanical projects and acquisition of equipment. Supervision of equipment and vehicle paint. Planning and evaluation of monthly goals and management indicators of the mechanical workshop. Preparation of spare parts requests.
o Preparation of a minimum stock of spare parts. Analysis of failures according to the Root Cause method.
