Currently working on Development Master Plans of 14 DHQ Towns in Sindh.The project involves primary survey and secondary data collection, data analysis, existing situational reports, economic development plans, disaster risk management plans, Draft Strategic Development Plans and Final Strategic Development Plans of 14 DHQ Towns of Hyderabad, Mirpur Khas, and Shaheed Benazirabad Divisions
Presently working on Suki Kinari Hydro Power Project. Over all Land use planning of Project area and designing of Workers’ Colonies at Dam site and Power House area. Review and analysis of Contractor’s plans and designs.
Also working on Master Planning of 14 DHQ Towns in Sindh Pakistan.
Also working on Planning and Design of a Housing Scheme (650 acres) for Alfalah Bank Cooperative Housing Society, Lahore, Pakistan.
Currently working on the Planning and designing of housing scheme over an area of 663 acres belonging to Alfalah Cooperative Housing Society to accommodate different categories of employees of Bank Alfalah. The Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Investigation, Detailed Layout Planning and Infrastructure Designing is to be carried out in accordance with the bye laws of the approving authorities namely LDA and Border Area Committee. The preparation of the scheme is in hand and intended to provide residential areas and all other amenities conducive for healthy living. The project is likely to be completed by December, 2017.
Worked on Protection of Thor Colony Basha Dam Project including Planning and Designing of Sagachal Das Model Village Scheme. The project involved making proposals for protection of Thor Colony, and Preparation of detailed, plot subdivision design of Sagachal Das Model Village Scheme for shifting of people living in the villages affected by Basha Dam Project.
