Duties & Responsibilities:
• In charge with the responsibility for the Complete & Satisfactory Management & Contract Administration of major projects. General duties include:
• Organization of project scope, time, cost, quality, Human Resources & Procurement Management
• Organize & Develop project kick-off & mobilization
• Assisting in development of the project staff
• Coordinating on-site with Corporate Office activities
• Plan, Organize, and monitor jobsite administration
• Develop, monitor, update, & communicate the progress schedule & its periodic revisions
• Coordinate with the Projects Managers cost-progress targets with production
• Create & monitor a safe/secure jobsite environment
• Identify & resolve all variation orders & claims.
• Establish & maintain relationships with the owner, design professionals, building officials and supervising consultants.
• Troubleshooter, handing over, Quality of works, controlling (budget-cost-Overtime- specification- BOQ- drawings - progress -activities- productivity- resources- manpower- All purchase requisition for all materials-QS/QC, Safety and Document Control Reports).
• Responsible to submittal of schedules and recovery plan, monthly reports, Weekly progress reports production are reports and monthly valuation;
• Responsible to inform the Client regarding the status on work with respect to original schedule and providing necessary document on how to achieve the travel;

In charge of the full preparation of tower construction (e.g. tower cranes, placing boom, passengers hoist left...etc.) were able to achieve 7 days cycle per floor.

•To perform as Troubleshooter in order to follow up any work which is outstanding within reasonable time prior to the handing over of our Towers (08AB, 09AB, 02B & 10B);
•Monitor and execute all required remedies for the defect liability period damages after handing over of tower;
•To maintain the good and Quality of works that has been Completed prior to handling over of our Porto Arabia Project;
•Responsible about completing all total activities in tower Overtime on budget as per specification and approved drawings and BOQ and as per approved plan;
•Responsible for controlling the productivity with quality of all site activities in assigned tower and optimal utilization of resource and distribution of manpower;
•The authorized person to give recommendation for bonus and deduct their salaries for penalty as per company policy;
•All purchase requisition for all materials must be approved by him and he is the authorized man to receive the materials;
•The coordinate for the delivery schedule of materials, storage in respective tower and issuance;
•Responsible for the request of additional manpower equipment and tools required through Logistic Manager;
•Responsible about safety of workers and ensures safe environment work;
•Responsible about monitor control and maintain a complete record, drawings and correspondence / documents related in tower;
•Responsible the only authorize man to approve the time sheet and attendance for all workers;
•All QS/QC, Safety Officer. Document Control, tower Construction Manager, Site Project Engineer, Architectural Engineer, Storekeeper and timekeeper who are working on the tower are reporting to Me;
•Responsible for cost effectiveness of the project and also Responsible for monitoring the progress with sub - contractor / Major Supplier;
•Responsible on answerable to project Manager for timely submittal of schedules and recovery plan, monthly reports, Weekly progress reports production are reports and monthly valuation;
•Responsible to inform the project Manager regarding the status on work with respect to original schedule and providing necessary document on how to achieve the travel;
