• Preparing Work Breakdown for claiming payments from the client.
• Accompany client Engineer in Charge while inspection.
• Attending meetings at consultant office to report issues and discuss project details.
• Checking inventories and prepare orders.

• Site management & handling the work as per
specification and drawings and method of
statements.
• Checking formworks, reinforcements and all
embedded items.
• Raising RFI’s and accompanying consultants for
inspection.
• Making daily progress reports and reporting to
Construction Manager.
• Carrying out quality control tests like strength test
for concrete cubes


• Preparing Bar Bending Schedule.
• Quantity take off from drawings for BOQ items and
measuring from site.
• Preparing subcontractor payments and certifying.
• Attending meetings with consultants.
• Checking & verifying measurement books from
consultant.
