Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
Conducting daily visits to our partnered shops to ensure that the products available are mirrored with those of InstaShop by using a handheld scanner Actively create daily reports to analyze the stock and assortment status of the shop. Traveling to new markets to perform the above tasks whenever necessary.
Database management (barcodes, prices, images, tags, substitutes etc.) Coordinate with shops and developing/deploying discount campaigns.
Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly quotas. Learn howproducts work and howtotroubleshoot issues with customers Prepare and submit sales report to management.
Help customers with complaints and questions, gives customer information about product and services, take orders and process returns.
