c. Conducted RO audit on monthly basis all over India and prepared internal audit report RO wise post which
same is discussed with management.
d. Areas covered in RO Audit are mentioned below.
1. Collection Audit: - Verification of Collection receipt along with repo kit issued to collection agency.
2. Operation Audit: - Verification of all tracker prepared by Operation team i.e. Refund and NOC etc
3. Credit: - To verify funding as per credit rules to customer.
4. Sales:- To verify the Customer KYC and such other relevant information including LOGIN register.
