Residential Tower for Sheikh Suroor Bin Mohamed Al Nahyan

The project's scope of work consists of a 42-storey residential tower located in Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.
The project has a strategic location at the western end of Reem Island. It is bordered by a pleasant waterfront promenade along the northern and western boundaries, the southern boundary stretches along the 10th Street which extends as a bridge crossing the water canal between Reem and Al Maryah Islands.
Across the waterfront, the prominent Galleria Mall can be seen. It is bordered by another tower along the eastern boundary only.
Al Meena Tower Project(AED 520, 000, 000.00)
Al Meena Tower is a modern residential and commercial tower complex in the Mina area of Abu
Dhabi, located on Mina Road over a plot area of 2, 688 m², this modern development consists of
two residential towers of 36 floors each.
* The accommodation is made up of two, three and four bedroom apartments, swimming pool and
health club is located on the roof top of the tower, providing a sanctuary away from the buzz of
the capital below.
* Beneath the residential floors are five basements (mainly parking and driveways), a ground floor,
and mezzanine levels dedicated to high-end retail outlets over three podium floors.
* The contract also covers all external works and associated services and amenities.
* The project will be certified under Estidama Pearl Building Rating System (Pearl I).
The Address Residence Sky View Project, Downtown Dubai
(June 2014 - October 2015) as Site Engineer
The first design of its kind in the region, it was created by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the architectural firm behind Burj Khalifa, which stands as the ultimate dramatic backdrop to this urban oasis.
The 61-storey Tower One will contain serviced apartments, a spa and the “Sky Collection” - luxury apartments above the Bridge Deck. 56-storey Tower Two will contain a 167 key 5* hotel and serviced apartments.
Sky View is developed by Emaar and Turner, NORR is the consulting firm, and ACC is the main construction contractor
The towers will be linked by a three-level Sky Bridge at floor 51, offering 360-degree vistas of Downtown Dubai and panoramic views of the Gulf. It includes an open leisure deck with pool; recreational, restaurant and bar facilities; a public viewing deck, a fully glazed cantilevered Skywalk accessed from Tower Two via dedicated panoramic shuttle elevators; and luxury duplex apartment units.
The towers rise from a three-level mixed-use podium, constituting the hotel entrance and lobby; hotel restaurants; hotel ballroom; recreational facilities, outdoor pools and landscaped leisure areas, serviced apartment entrances and lobbies; and retail components. The development also has a three-level basement car park. The towers will be linked directly to the Dubai Metro and The Dubai Mall via an air-conditioned travellator.
World Trade Centre (WTC) & Central Market Abu Dhabi and Burj Mohamed Bin Rashid

WTC and The Burj were designed by world-renowned architects Foster & Partners, developed by Al Dar properties, Atkins was the consulting company, and ACC was the main construction contractor.
WTC is a fully integrated mixed-use development comprised an office tower, residences tower, mall, souk and hotel Courtyard by Marriott.
The Burj Mohammed Bin Rashid at WTC is 382 Meter as the tallest tower in the island of Abu Dhabi .It Comprises of 474 units over 92 floors in the heart of downtown Abu Dhabi
The office tower reaches 59 storeys with 72, 000 m² of prime office space. Unique sky offices offer unparalleled panoramic views of the city. These are equipped with an innovative ventilated facade, especially coated to reflect infrared-solar radiation, the smallest tower, at 16 stories, houses the 4* Courtyard by Marriott hotel with 195 rooms.
The mall has 160 outlets spread over 60, 000 m² and is home to a selection of international fashion brands, casual dining outlets, an 8 screen cinema and over 5000 m² of terraces and rooftop gardens.

The Project having total Built- up Areas of 22, 730 sq. m and consists of Officer Club (1200 sq. m), Theater, Bleacher’s Area (1400 sq. m), Training Facilities (2690 sq. m), The Clinic, Restaurant & Students Club (4200 sq. m), Trainer’s Accommodation (1340 sq. m), Musical Training (1050 sq. m), Sports Hall (4460 sq. m), Swimming Pool (1540 sq. m), Mosque (1250 sq. m), Shooting Range (2850 sq. m), Central Storage and the Gate (750 sq. m)
Assist the CM in his duties regarding Specifications, Design drawings, updates and variations, Collect and analyze information and data from drawings; BOQ; Collect and further analyze information and data from BOQs; Coordinate with QS on quantities and Measurement methods; Detail and organize quantities for site engineer and general foreman use
Execute works in compliance with program and quantity targets set to achieve the targeted cash flow in monthly bases, also review the Shop Drawings, implement works Method Statements and instruct workers to execute the job accordingly
Understand strategies, priorities and sequences, implement Construction manager (CM) look ahead program, reporting sequence, identify problems and propose solutions, using resources according to planning and productivity criteria, participate in data collection for periodical updates, asset the CM in analyzing progress of various trades and activities and identify improvement possibilities.
Supervise and manage works on site according to the contract, report problems/defaults & propose corrective measures, conduct coordination meetings on site, take measures to avoid delays, supervise and follow up consultant’s day to day inspections to obtain approvals, verify compliance of materials and shop drawings with the Method Statement.
