Payroll Officer
The position reports to Payroll Supervisor, responsible for timely processing of payroll & other benefits, maintain the medical & life insurance database, process premiums and co-ordinate with the providers to process claims.

Exposures in Human Resources
•Payroll processing: - Processing monthly payroll of 1600 plus employees both field and office based staff. Closing of payroll, costing of all the payroll elements including non -recurring elements and payroll reconciliation.
•Employee Medical Insurance - Issue and cancellation of medical insurance cards using web portal, Coordinate with Insurance Providers to process the claims by acting as a claim advocate, maintain database & reconcile the debit and credit notes before the payments are being made, bench marking of benefits at the year end before renewing the policy.
•Group Life Insurance: - Declaration of employee status to the provider on a timely manner, liaise with provider and employee/dependents for all types of claims, deal with different embassies and sharia court in Qatar for rightful disposal of the fund, bench marking of benefits at the year-end before renewal of the policy.
