 Skilled and dedicated HR Administration Executive with more than 9 years’ experience coordinating, planning, and supporting daily operational and administrative functions.
 Focus on controlling the cost for various expenses to the entire operations activities and increasing the productivity, planning, and implementation as per requirements.
 Order office supplies-Printing & Stationaries (Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; picking-up and delivering items; serving customers.)
 Vehicle track keeping and maintaining. (vehicle online renewal (EVG/ AD police/ RTA), insurance renewal, checking Traffic violations, Salik, Fuel Cards, new vehicle registration documentation, etc.)
 Arranging documents focus on Recruitment Management, employee’s grievances, all manpower requirement processes, resume short listing and scanning.
 Circumstances to be arranged for job training for the fresh employees as per their category and making sure that they working towards the company’s objective. Finalizing the compensation and benefits of the Employees for the purpose of job grading, updating the job description, bench-marking salary as per current U.A.E market.
 Maintaining the all employee records through online system, updating daily attendance regularly, arranging office staff accommodation and transportation, keeping the track of employees’ visa, passport, Labor card, health card, C3 card(WPS), Emirates ID card, Book travel arrangements and vacation renewals date and allocating and coordinating the staff resources according to the needs.
 Allotting duties to PRO for visa procedures, clearance requirements, Departments of police, judiciary, coordinating with various concerned government and private related matters.
 Coordinating for employee’s daily Attendances & overtime, Monthly Attendance, payroll, New Joining and Re-joining updating, Transfer of Employees, Vacation of Employees, Full and final settlement of employees as per UAE labor law, etc.
 Coordinating with the insurance company (Health, Fire, Accident, Public Liability, Motor claim, etc.)
 Documents to be arranged to PRO related to Labor Dept, Emigration, Embassy and various other Government Organizations on company and employee related matters.
 Updating works for renewing all document related for the companies’ trade license, legal agreement, tenancy contract, workman compensation, public liability, fire & accidences insurance, health insurance, chamber of commerce certificate, emigration card, pro card, warehouse, Labor camp.
 Arranging all the company related documents as per the company policies i.e. Salary Certificate, NOC, Transfer Letter, Arabic Letter, Employees Attendance, Appraisal, cash voucher, Medical forms, settlement etc.
