Working with the Student Engagement and Support Manager to provide strategic direction in the development of Learning Centre services.
•Support the Assistant Learning Centre Coordinator (Collection Management) in all aspects of collection management and other department purchasing, with delegated budgetary responsibility.
•Coordinate and deliver in-service training of Learning Centre staff, including induction programmes for new staff, volunteers and work placement staff, and on-the-job training.
•Support the work of the Learning Centre team in maintaining an excellent learning support service to all users of the Learning Centre (staff, visitors and students).
