• Assist Project Manager in clerical works.
• Act as the Central Controller/Receiver of all items intended for Project Department which includes monitoring of proper & complete documentation (MRN/SIV/ITM) upon arrival.
• Responsible to monitor on daily basis all items received and pending for testing which includes updating of relevant record/system.
• Assists in the monitoring of the department’s daily attendance & submits Daily Attendance Report and Weekly Compensatory Report to HR Department for payroll purposes.
• Coordination with Head Store Department for timely delivery of workshop materials.
• Coordination with Project QC for material inspection.
• Monitors Stock Level and assists in issuance of consumable items from store and preparation of Inventory Reports for the same.
• Monitoring of department’s daily attendance and submission of associated reports to HR Department for payroll purposes.
• Assist in the completion of cost sheet and preparation/submission of Project Completion Reports and Service Reports.
• Handles uploading and submission of Project Support, Workshop & Cryogenic Division Cost Sheets to Store and follows up for the material status.
• Monitors the Bill of Entry of all project-related steel materials in coordination with Logistics Division.
• Monitors/ follows up LPO of Project Support, Cryogenic, & Workshop Division Cost Sheet to Purchase Division.
• Handles the submission of Project Estimate and customer Cost Sheet to General Manager- Projects, Exports & Bulk Sales and Admin for approval.
• Handles dispatching of project-related racks/cylinders/equipment’s and other items in coordination with Quality Control Division.
