Cash count and payment to customers.
Ensure adherence to all control procedures relating to cash movement
Ensure that customers’ complaints & enquires are well attended to within a stipulated time.
Working in accordance to the Bank’s Manual Of Procedures ( M.O.P)
Collection of Cash deposits in local and foreign currencies.
Collection of Cash for payment of Government Utilities bills such as Water Bills and other E-payment products such as DSTV, FIRS
Customer relationship
Verify proper documentation/accounting entries to reflect cash movement
Money transfer payment such as Money gram, Western union, small world and RIA.
