* Position reports to Marketing Manager.
* Working closely with marketing manager and providing guidance in marketing and public relations initiatives, budget tracking and developing 360 marketing plans.
* Executing the overall marketing roadmap by coordinating with shared service team.
* Keeping promotional materials ready as per by tactical schedule by coordinating requirements with other shared departments like graphics team, content team and copywriters and PR
* Conducting cross team meetings and internal team meetings to get update and aligning teams with marketing strategies and keep track of the roadmap and executional schedule.
* Maintaining good relationship with suppliers, agencies and media companies

* Executing Digital marketing campaigns like, facebook and instagram and Display campaigns
* Managing Social media & PR campaigns, organizing events according to business need
* Planning & supporting in monitoring the spends of the annual marketing budget & assist in updating circulating the Marketing Calendar.
* Brand Support & Execution including managing advertising creatives for all outer markets ensuring brand image is kept consistent. Creatives include but not limited to (brochures, catalogs, digital assets, environmental branding, packaging, magazine adverts) to ensure brand guideline compliance and delivery to brief and budget.
* Working closely with the Marketing Executive to develop engaging, creative and innovative social media content Assist & with the preparation and delivery of digital marketing activity plans.
* Support in the day to day liaison with the PR agency, providing briefs and imagery to facilitate each month’s PR strategy & managing the timely handling of the media.
* Assist in the day to day administrative tasks.
* Supporting in organizing promotional and CSR events as per business need
* Develop and direct given research assignments
* Conduct detailed research of intended subject matter
according to business needs
* Design surveys, questionnaires, polls etc. specific to
research requirements
* Perform fieldwork, interviews, experiments, test, etc.
