• Reporting to Secretary, Add. Secretary over AePDS Application and Technical query raised by all Govt. official of the District.
• Responsible for Troubleshooting all technical query raised by DFSO and Govt. official in VC organised by department which is headed by Secretary, Add. Secretary.
• Responsible for monitoring of AePDS application, State transaction and Troubleshooting issues related with the application through code analysis or various team coordinated activities.
• Responsible for Troubleshooting all technical issue which arises in field level and to give permanent solutions.
• Responsible for smooth Co-Ordination with Nic-Hyderabad, PMU, Department and different Stakeholder in project.
• Timely reporting all Application related issue over email, call with Hyderabad Central team.
• To create MIS Report and web forms as per the client Requirement.
• Code preliminary and complex modules.
• Study the existing programs and analyse the impact of change requests.
• Identification of program bugs, analysis of problems at application and system level.
