Dear madam/sir,
On 31 on December 2018 I completed C4D consultant with UNICEF MENARO as senior C4D specialist, polio Consultant, where I provide technical assistance in supporting C4D activates for the countries of the regional in emergency context, like Yemen, Iraq and Syria plus less risk countries like Sudan and Lebanon and Jordan, making field visits to support conducting and implementation C4D activities such as Polio Outbreak campaigns and Routine Immunization Campaigns and served as an institutional memory for the Polio C4D in UNICEF MENA regional office.
I have worked remotely with SCO follow up on advocacy, negotiation, coordination between all partners at all level of MENA AFRO, EURO Regions of (UNICEF -WHO), resulting in Syria MOH strongly commended to register, request, and secure access supply of monovalent oral polio vaccine type 2 -mOPV2 to reach all Syrian children no matter where they live in complex security environment (ISIS & Kurdish).
I have introduced a decentralized monitoring tool based on coverage determinants in view of improving program performance, as well as in community health interventions.
During the past ten years, I have gained experience at all levels of the national health system in Sudan, and worked in Afghanistan. In each of these experiences, I used innovative approaches to provide technical assistance to support community health systems management, as well as better planning as mandated by both national and international institutions (NGOs, Governments, consultancy, UN agencies). In addition, I have successfully conducted social data-driven situational analyses, championed results-based management and monitored developments at national, regional and decentralized levels. These experiences have refined my skills in monitoring and evaluation, and evidence based C4D planning for demand and community engagements.
Additionally, I have a strong academic background in public health, with additional training in communication for development (C4D), Emergency communications pre-deployment training,

Manage and approve the technical quality to produce and test Information, Education Communication (IEC) materials for key audience (individuals, communities, care givers, care providers, health professional, government officials, partners, media, etc) to ensure demand & community engagement and participation, outreach for behavioral and social change which include (graphics and audio-visuals (display board, billboards, videotape, radio spots, television spots, movie, community dramas, local radio programs and other events and competitions, ect…), printable (bruchers, posters, flip chart, flip card, counselling card, , newspaper, magazine, (Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), press releases, ect ), multiple media and social/digital platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, website, various online forums. blogs, and text messaging.
