Server L1 supports (User Admin):
•Creating user, deleting user, password reset and unlocking account using AD.
•Providing access to shared drive.

IT Support:
•Solving all end-users IT related issues through remote.
•Installation of all the software’s and fine tuning the software.
•Configuring and Troubleshooting Desktop Computers.
•Dealing with Hardware related issues.
•Implementing and Maintaining LAN.
•Maintaining Network in Workgroup Models
•Installing and Updating Antivirus.
•Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting VPN clients like Cisco VPN & Any connect.
•Deploying custom images for laptop and desktop.
•Configuring MS Outlook and periodical backup of PST files, Creating Rules, Trouble shooting PST.
