•Experience in the Central Processing Facilities, Gas Terminal Units, Water
Treatment Plant and Pipe line Projects in installation, Testing & Commissioning
Of Field Instruments with Distributed Control Systems, Emergency shut down
Systems, Programming Logic Controls and SCADA system.
• Calibration, Installation and Commissioning of all the types of field instruments
As per specification
• Performing loop check, logic check, cause & Effect check and Control Narrative
Checks.
• To implement and test a wide range of I/O in HART and foundation field bus
Communication via Modbus, Profibus etc. control function, interlocks, sequences
Operator interface and other control components on DCS, PLC and ESD
• Performing Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test and Prepares
Simulations, test documentation.
« (Pre-commissioning and Commissioning maintenance for WELLS, BVS, and HIPPS)
« Good experience in WHCP (well head control panel):
Weatherford, Proserv, fluid service (Commissioning and maintenance)
RTU (Remote TERMINAL UNIT)
SCADA SYSTEM (FOXBORO, STARDOM, PROSAFE RS)
« I have skills in ROTORK VALVES, limittork valve (Commissioning and Maintenance)
« Good knowledge in flow transmitter Khron
« I ’m able to specify field instrumentation and apply related calculations (included Control / self - activating valves ).
« Speed-tronic, control Panel and PLC’s knowledge
« Familiarity with Gas Turbine, Centrifugal Compressor control systems and Auxiliary System, MarkVI, Toolbox, Cimplicity, Bentley Nevada.
« Ability to understand process and auxiliary P&ID’s with instrumentation, tags And Software control loops;
«Safety valves: Remove, repair overhaul and reset
« Analytic and problem solving skills;
« Good knowledge of Health and Safety, Environmental legislation and practices.
« Ability to work well with others and as part of a team.
« Good interpersonal & organizational skills;
« Coordinates performance trials, optimization and troubleshooting activities.
« Familiarity with SAP system.
Graduate Electronic Engineer option: Control and i have certificate from Algerian petroleum institute around 9 years of professional Experience in Instrumentation and Control field with multi discipline aspects Such as Engineering, Construction, Commissioning and Startup in OIL & GAS
