Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly timesheet for over 30, 000 employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets.
Responsible for the coordination efforts between site, human resources and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports.
Handle the administration of the electronic timekeeping system. Setup each employee, valid programs for each employee's charges, and adherence to Fair Labor Standards Act; monitor submissions of approved timesheets, ensure valid data transfers to/from payroll service.
• Working as part of a team and supporting the office manager. Responsible for the day-to-day tasks, creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office, Updating, processing and filing of all documents.
• Responsible of Medical Cards for Office staff and site workers.
• Follow the entire payment certificate submitted by sub-contractors from entering to the system, follow up from quantity surveying team and till final approval from head office.
