• Backup and restore user data using Synology NAS.
• Provide assistance to a company's end users by phone or online.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and access privileges using active directory.
• Call login and coordination of vendors for different hardware problems.
• Set up, configured, and managed Sophos Central for virus protection and user permissions.
• Configure IP Cameras in NVR (Hikvision).
• Work within a TCP/IP network environment, including DHCP, DNS, and Ethernet.
• Monitor system status, usage & performance.
• Handle daily technical support activities on Desktop support.
• Triage advanced technical issues to internal teams including Tier 2 and 3 support and software developers.
• Resolve end-user issues, and diagnose technical software and hardware issues.
