Duties & Responsibilities:

PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER (PRO)

• Organize periodic renewal of Trade Licenses and Company cards (E-signature card, Establishment cards)
• Submission of correct documentation to the Ministry of Labor for visa applications
• Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed
• Responding to staff queries on Visa/ Labor/ Passport related matters.
• Ensure all visas, medical and labor permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
• Assist in all general inquiries concerning labor and immigration matters.
• Represent the Company with the Ministries/Municipalities & other significant Government Departments related works.

IN-CHARGE OF FACTORY OPERATION / PURCHASER/ ESTIMATOR
• Plan, implement and control a production schedule
• Review and adjust the schedule where needed
• Run errands on the material resources required
• Manage employees and material resources to meet production targets
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process
• Prepare and maintain production reports
• Estimate production costs
• Quality Controller
• Visiting project site ( taking measurement, supervising the ongoing fit out)


SALES:
• Greeting walk in clients and determining their requirements.
• Introducing our locally made furniture and other imported products.
• Explaining our work process
• Presenting the 3D designs / 3D boards made by our Interior Designers.
• Presenting different catalogs, fabrics and other materials as per client inquiries.
• Tele marketing, answering queries and describing the details of our products.
• Purchase Order/Job Orders to the Suppliers.
• Preparing quotations/invoices for the clients.


FINANCE:
• Preparing all payments for suppliers, utility bills & expenses for both showroom & factory
• Preparing Telegraphic Transfer payment for International orders (imported products).
• Monitor Pending payables and Receivables.
• Prepares Summary of Monthly Sales and Annual Sales.
• Prepares Monthly Payroll via WPS
• Cost Cutting


HUMAN RESOURCE:
• Record and maintain Data information of each employee.
• Prepares Internal Memorandum like Absence without Notice, Late, etc.
• Prepares Company Forms like Itinerary, Absence, Under time, Overtime
• Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
• Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies.


OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge in building stand every Index (Dubai)
• Personal Assistant to the Managing director
• Preparation of showroom when there’s an Event
• Attending & finding Solution of Client’s Complaint
• Prospecting & Visiting Possible Client’s
• Attending Meetings for Supplier’s & Client
• Communicating to both Local International suppliers (via Email & phone )
• Sourcing out new trending products/materials & latest machineries
• Receiving Shipment of Imported Product
• Deliveries & assembling furniture
• Evaluating employees work performances & attitudes
• Inventories
• Showroom Arrangement & Maintenance
• Assisting in Installation of Soft Furnishing ( Curtain & Wallpapers)
• Sourcing out Sub Contractor when needed.
