*Successfully handled a team of more than 35 employees.
*Tested fiber with different and advanced tools.
*Supervision of Trenching/HDD, Duct laying, fiber Optics (Blowing).
*Pushing respective teams to meet the customer requirement before site acceptance.
*Visiting the implementation sites regularly
*Rectifying the problems on site if customer is not satisfied.
Projects achieved based on CMOS camera development in sensing the objects.
