Training facilitator & assessor: Conducting training both teoretical and practical on all cranes, forklifts, earthmoving machienery, safety and office based (Windows, MacOs and MS Office) cources. I conducted the training on both novice and refresher cources.

Training moderator: Conducting moderations of training material so ensure complance with national standards.

Training developer: Developing training materials against national standards.

SHERQ Practitioner: Compiling and implimenting Safety, health environmental, risk management and quality systems on national standards as well as ISO 9001, 14001 & OSHAS 18001.

Sales representative: Servicing a customer client base as well as ensuring new business comes in to the company.

Sales Manager: Managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring targets are met and commision statements are given through for payment.

HR Consultant: Managing in house HR as well as HR for various clients. Ensuring contracts are up to date, assisting in grievience procedure, dissiplinary hearings and representing clients at CCMA and other bagaining councils. As well as annual wage negotiations.

Chief operations officer: Managing the whole company and reporting directly to the CEO. Compiling annual budget and distributing funds to relevant departments.
