• Address service incidents and prioritizes activities and take fast decisions to cope with a lot of variations due to - change in pick up location, bad quality of a product, truck rejections by the customer, re-routing of a traveling truck.
Operate within the transport strategy and resolve day to day issues in resourceful and effective ways and provide recommendations to support improved or cost-beneficial transport movements.
