I prepared the new English curriculum for Education.
I developed new Themes for the Kindergarten section under the supervision of the kindergarten supervisor.
I trained teachers on some skills around to be successful, depending on the subject and grade level in which they teach.
I trained teachers on how to help a student in need after class, prepare the yearly plan, and connect it to the weekly schedule.
I took overall responsibility for the English program and its management, delegating extensively to the school community and ensuring roles and responsibilities are understood clearly by all teachers.
I ensured that all English Programme Activities are carried out with due regard to health and safety and the safeguarding of children and young people.
I wrote action plans for the English program, I looked at the examples of the teachers' work in English, kept up to date with all new developments, and I trained the new teachers on how to write the yearly plan for the English curriculum.
I did meetings with staff where relevant and maybe more, depending on students' result and academic performance.
I followed up the teachers' performance in the class, how they teach, prepare the lessons, and what kind of materials they use for each subject.
