• Worked as an SAP administrator/consultant handling the modules such as MM, SD.
• Creating new materials and extending for the plants using MM01 Tcode.
• As a pricing administrator updating prices for all the materials created under MM01 Tcode and for each plant based on the company pricing methodology.
• Configuration of condition technique for pricing: pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, condition tables, condition records.
• Creating contracts for the vehicle services which includes packages, service details and the materials for the particular service.
• Creating Purchase Order for the various vendors and perform the procurement accordingly.

• Creation of sub-orders for the intra customers supported the team in invoicing sub orders and clears the bills.
• Creation of SMC - Service Maintenance Contract packages in Retail department and assisting Service Advisors in invoicing the DBM.
• Worked as L2 & L3 support in 3 projects (Becton Dickinson, Disney, and Warner Bros) and supported 50+ Windows applications.
• Hands-on experience on windows server 2012, Office 365, and Windows OS.
• Handled production and Development instance by supporting issues related to applications and provided a solution with the SLA.
• Having hands-on experience in ITIL’s systematic process and worked on all incidents (Change, Problem, Service, RTASK, PTASK, and CTASK).
• Interacted with US/UK clients and worked on issues such as user login, printer connectivity, server issues, and domain account issues.
