• Shall be responsible setting the hospital's mission, vision, direction and priorities.
• Set-up, implement, and evaluate of overall hospital and cascaded departmental strategic plans.
• Drive hospital operation manual towards best practice, cost efficiency, and delivery of high quality and safe patients’ services.
• Ensures the hospital’s compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, protocols, and standards.
• Monitor the process and deliveries of recruitment and selection methods to ensure hiring and retaining of highly competent and skilled executives.
• Provides advice, guidance, direction and delegation to direct reports and other hospital stakeholders to maintain staff and partners high level of satisfaction and commitment.
• Ensures appropriate response to reports or enquirers from relevant authorities and accreditation bodies.
• Approves all administrative and hospital-wide policies and procedures and take necessary actions to ensure proper and timely implementation.
• Set-up and monitor systems, indicators, and parameters to maintain constant high quality of operation and financial performance.
• Support plans and programs for quality management, patient safety, infection control and facility management and general safety.
• Performs as chairman of various important committees necessary to accomplish the administrative and leadership accreditation requirements.
• Representing the hospital in front of the executive Board of trustee.
• Accountable for the governing body for the clinical performance and professional conduct of the hospital staff.
• Ensures the implementation of the directions and plans set by the governing body.
• Close monitoring of the implementation departmental operational manuals to ensure the compliance to departmental strategic plans and budgets.
• To participate on Hospital strategic and service operative plans and budget
• Collaborates with hospitals Directors to documents, monitor and review of Departments respective business processes.
• Participate to hospital development plans, projects, and initiatives. Provide necessary information and conduct required surveys and business intelligence.
• To identify reasons of deviation from expected plans and ensure the development and implementation of solutions.
• To ensure high standards of quality and safe patient care, and to develop an integrated necessary systems and tools.
• To be alert to changes in clinical practice/ behaviour and patient expectations taking into account the potential impacts in planning and delivering services.
• Identifies and works closely with other hospital leaders, collectively constituting the hospital leadership group.
• Ensures the efficient utilization of all resources.
• Ensure smooth running of the hospital towards its finical goals and patients experience.
• Support and encourage continuous education for all staff and allocate the appropriate budget.
• Support plans and programs for quality management, patient safety, infection control and facility management and safety.
-• Demonstrates a working knowledge of critical human resource functions including, but not limited to HR Strategies: Workforce Planning; Human Resource Development; Compensation and Benefits; Employee and Labor Relations.
• Determines HR best practices through regular analysis of HR functions and programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality and efficient HR services.
• Ensure alignment of HR policies and procedures with organizational values and goals.
• Ensure pay equity through implementation of "job evaluation" and salary structure programs.
• Remains current on relevant laws, and regulations to ensure timely compliance.
• -Maintains expert knowledge in the use of data, benchmarks, HR metrics to make critical decisions.
• Coach HR staff, front-line managers and business unit leaders on HR- and business-related issues.
• Comfortably communicates with employees of all levels to effectively deliver the voice for HR strategies, philosophies, and initiatives within the organization.
• Acts with personal, professional, and behavioral integrity and empower senior leaders to maintain internal controls and create an ethical environment.
• Manage the workforce planning, recruitment, selection and development of all staff within the Hospital.
• Ensure the implementation of the hospital Health & Safety programs to eliminate the potential risks.
• Participate in serious incident report reviews.
• Ensures all physical properties are kept in a good state of repair and operating conditions.
• Consistently deliver results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the organization.

• Develop good working relationship which consists of trust, respect, open communication and commitment to the best interest of the organization, health system, its patients and community.
• Support and encourage continuous education for all staff and allocate the appropriate budget.
• Conducts training needs assessment to ensure conformity with training objectives resulted from the gaps highlighted by different organizational practices and initiatives including, but not limited to, performance management system, career development plans, and new projects, and strategies in order to develop overall organization's training plan.
• Set-up trainers’ development programs to ensure effective growth and development opportunities.
• Develop and monitor spending against the departmental budget. Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
• Handle introductions of topic specialists at the start of training sessions and provides courses in such a way to stimulate and motivate attendees.
• Collaborate with (Price Water-house Corporate PWC) delegate to ensure smooth delivery of the PMS system and to give optimal orientation and training to company appraisers under supervision of the PWC.
• Design and coordinate yearly succession plan for retires and critical positions in the organization.
• Head and guide the committees of talent management and young professional to identify the training development need and their career path,
• Develop annual workforce plan/ budget in order to ensure accurate workforce availability to achieve group overall objectives.
• Maintain and update the group total reward system throughout various processes including, but not limited to job analysis & job evaluation and salary grading system using convenient method taking in consideration internal equity and external competition.
• Develop and monitor the implementation of HR policies & procedures.
• Monitor and supervise group compliance of local and national regulations.
• Monitor the process of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and formulation of the Group training plan.
• Conduct regular performance appraisal to ensure proper feedback, as well as consistency and uniformity of employees’ remuneration within the group.
• Conduct regular employees' job satisfaction and organizational commitment questionnaires surveys to investigate the degree of their satisfaction, loyalty and their intention to stay/leave the company.
• Maintain group’s organizational structure with respect to strategies, objectives, functions, responsibilities and reporting relationships.
• Conducts investigations of workplace policy violations.
