Managed day-to-day printing operations
•Catering to administrative and technical needs of the organization
•Making changes to the configuration and modifying installed systems as per the needs of the organization
•Provided technical support, including password resets and Responded to inquiries.
•Responsible for smooth operations of the LAN
•Upgraded the installed systems from time to time and according to needs of projects
•Coordinated tasks with the management and identified the future network requirements
•Responded to the employee complaints and provided technical assistance in troubleshooting errors and malfunctioning
•Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
•New Network and LAN Connection Provide to the new users
•CCTV Camera installation and troubleshooting
•Working with telephone line and local PBX system
•Video conferencing setup and Skype session.
•On campus managing the class room i.e. Multimedia, internet, software etc…
•Event Management for indoor and outdoor.
•Working with installation of new switch(Cisco, D-link, TP-link, ptcl router )
•Configure port security for local users as well.
•Broad knowledge and experience of IT operating systems including Microsoft Windows client operating systems, Windows & Microsoft Office,
