Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of Invoice/Billing
-Worked on E-fleet software(transporters software).
-Regular Banking and Liaison with management.
-Creating J/E and General Ledger scrutiny .
- Maintenance of own fleet and hire fleet records
-Maintenance of trip records/Diesel records/petrol station records/tyre and drivers records etc.
-Clerical work, preparation of Bank Reconciliation in excel format.
- Maintain records of consignments note (LR) and Hire slip (Goods dispatch note)

-Preparation of cost sheet for pricing with the Cost of Production, Cost of sale, and Cost margin.
-Expenses Analysis for Cost Control Purpose
-Having good knowledge of inventory evaluation and variance analysis.
-Financial data analysis and preparation of CAS - certificate for internal branch transfer.
-Preparation of Cost Audit Report and its annexure.
-Develop the various MIS report covering critical aspects of the business like revenue and product costing.
-Preparation of MIS report that supports strategy decision making by identifying opportunities of Cost Reduction.
-Having good experience of work with factory and corporate office onsite as well as offshore.

Preparation of Cost Compliance Report
-Maintain cost accounting data and analysis product profitability.
-Develop standard operating procedure for Costing and MIS department.
-Finalization of Cost Audit report along with there all annexure and its submission on XBRL form.
-Vouching and verify the Sale and Purchase register
- Having knowledge of Excise, Service tax, CENVAT and other required tax for statutory purpose.
