• Monitoring of grievances/escalations received from IRDAI, Chief Grievance Officer of the Company, Branch Offices, Clients and Call Center and timely disposal of grievances fairly.
• Handling the grievances/issues/escalations of Corporate client, corporate agent/intermediary.
• Strictly monitoring of Ombudsman cases and respond timely to Ombudsman office.
• Scrutiny of the complaints/notices and prepare the company response within the scope of the Policy conditions.
• Represent the case before Honorable Ombudsman on behalf of the company.
