To ensure the sales as per the Annual Operating
Plan (monthly sales Target).
To achieve manager controllable variables as
budgeted.
Strive to convert complaints as compliments by
analyzing the action plan to delight the
customers.
To implement the action plan and maintain to
avoid future repetition
