Coordinating with the company’s requirement for ISO Certification process for the following:

Carry out Monthly Utility billing and break up for tenant.
Analysis the reports and coordinate with vendor for rectifying the deviations (Water, Stack Monitoring, Recycled water)
Prepare and present Monthly Management Review presentations.
Maintain and Track the statutory documents for renewal.
Operation and Maintenance of Universal Oil Cooled Transformers of capacity 1500 KVA*4nos & 1250KVA* 2nos with L.T. Power Distribution panels.
Operation and Maintenance of Diesel Generators having capacity 1010 KVA*3nos(Cummins make), 725 KVA*3nos(Caterpillar Make), 500 KVA*2nos (Greeves Cotton) with PLC synchronizing with internal power distribution system.
Operation and Maintenance of Air cooled chiller having capacity of 400TR*7nos Bluestar Chiller.
Adherence and monitoring PPM schedules via Yardi Voyager 60.08 portal
Submission of F & G form & Water Cess form on monthly basis.
Have coordinated for Invoice processing through ABS software.
Vendor follow up for renewal of AMC’s and procurement of materials.
Handle the task of scheduling and planning maintenance work to ensure smooth operation of electrical staff.
Perform routine checkup to ensure that the maintenance work conforms to the environmental and quality standards.
To maintain the proper documentation of all equipment / diesel / inventory list.
Operation and Maintenance of Voltamp make Dry Type Transformer of capacity 2000 KVA*5nos with L.T. Power Distribution panels.
Operation and Maintenance of Cummins Diesel Generators having capacity 2000 KVA*5nos with PLC synchronizing with internal power distribution system.
Operation and Maintenance of 30 KVA X 5nos, 10 KVA*6nos & 20 KVA*6nos UPS (Emerson, Numeric make) system.
Operation and Maintenance of water cooled chiller having capacity of 400TR*5nos Bluestar Chiller.
Carried out Transition work for a new block - HUB#2
To brief the Electrician/plumber for their day to day works.
To maintain the daily log book / complaint register and follow-up on pending points.
To cross check Day to Day readings of BESCOM, Floor’s, DG and chiller plant.
To maintain the proper documentation of all equipment / diesel / inventory list.
Operation and Maintenance of Power Transformers of capacity 2000 KVA with L.T. Power Distribution panels.
Operation and Maintenance of Diesel Generators having capacity 1800 KVA with AMF, Manual and PLC synchronizing with internal power distribution system.
Operation and Maintenance of 10 KVA X 3 NO’S UPS system.
Operation and Maintenance of air cooled having capacity of 340TR & water cooled having capacity of
700TR Trane Chillers.
The work involves travelling to various regional locations to offer technical services such as servicing and demonstration of ICU related equipment’s such as syringe pumps, infusion pumps, multichannel monitors, ventilators, colposcopy, otoscope, oxygen concentrator, pulse oxy meter, nebulizer at some of the major client hospitals like
