• Team development: Interview, select & train automation team.
• Pre-qualifications, Client relations and market intelligence.
• Monitoring project progress and set deadlines.
• Ensure that the team is following standards and project scope correctly.

• Engagement with Sales team for preparation of proposals, addressing technical queries (TQs) raised by client / customer during pre-bid and buying stages
• Pre-qualification of Instrument Control cabinet in Saudi Aramco under material specification standard 34-SAMSS-820
• Detailed design & engineering management of following projects:
- Hawiyah-Unayzah Gas Reservoir Storage
project, SAMSUNG-ARAMCO
(PSA+Centralized Cyber Security)
- MARJAN Increment Program PSA - TANAJIB
Gas Plant Project PK 9 & 11
- MARJAN TP-10 and Associated Facilities,
McDermott-ARAMCO (PSA)
- Hawiyah Gas Plant Expansion, SAIPEM-
ARAMCO (PSA+ISLS)
• Preparing preliminary documentation such as project schedule & delivery, QA plan, data sheets, power consumption & heat load calculations, preliminary drawings for review & approval by client.
• Prepare Functional Design Specification (FDS) of the system offered.
• Preparation of detailed design documents like I/O list, IP address list, Network connection diagrams, wiring schedules, FAT/SAT plan etc.
• Configuration, integration & testing of the following automation products:
- HMI database like Zenon, Survalent, RTAC HMI
- Non-IEC 61850 & SCADA gateways like SEL RTAC
- Network devices like Ethernet switches from Siemens-RuggedCom, routers and firewalls from Siemens, Juniper, Fortinet
- NTP Server settings in GPS clocks from SEL, Arbiter system, Meinberg Lantime
- Revenue metering panels including revenue meters, gateways etc.
• Communication configuration of advanced IED's such as SEL, ABB, SIEMENS, GE in IEC-61850 MMS (Edition 1 & 2) to build CID/SCD files required to integrate with HMI or gateway.
• Conducting FAT, iFAT and SAT with Customer / TPI / Client till project handover at site.
• Application development & HMI designing for various ECS functionalities using ABB Industrial IT 800xA and MicroSCADA Sys600 software
• Design and implementation of various ECS functionalities like Breaker Control, Load-Shedding, Synchronization, PQ Control
• On-site Testing & Commissioning of Power Management Systems at GGSR HMEL Bhatinda & BCPL Assam
