• Ensure receiving daily reports by the CLOs about the implementations of the agreed PAPs related to mitigations measures either proposed in a design review report or in response to complaints.

• Prepare a monthly complaints response report with register log and submit it to the Assistant Project Manager.

• Advice GAMA’s management for the proper actions regarding the PAPs or affected communities in order to minimize potential Projects' impacts.

• Manage and Supervise any discussion or negotiation with PAPs or affected communities when needed.

• Responsible to maintain close coordination with the relevant governors along the Project pipeline route to ensure proper coordination between the Project and the relevant local community.
