•Responsible for the job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs.
•Managing & Follow up HR & Administration Team from Workflow, Payroll, Personnel Affairs, Security, Government Relation, Administration Affaires.
•Develop coaching, mentoring and secondment schemes to support staff development and the achievement of Personal Development Plans.
•Contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of the HR strategy in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
•Design, deliver and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the ambition to be of high performance
•Organization; to include initiatives, which foster a high-performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm.
•Support specific performance improvement initiatives, e.g. through the implementation of a new behavioral competency framework and 360-degree feedback process.
•Identify opportunities for performance improvement through, undertaking internal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and possible solutions, and conducting external research into good practice and new ideas.
•Assign and manage additional internal or external resources as and when required in order to ensure cost-effective delivery of agreed Organizational Development initiatives.
•Design and facilitate in-house events (e.g. workshops, away days) as required.
•Work with the Internal Communications Manager to ensure effective communication and consultation processes and to build staff engagement.
•Develop the approach to employ management and succession planning and to coordinate the contributions of key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.

• Monitoring the implementation by the EPCC and its Subcontractors of the Project’s ENVIRONMENTAL & SOCIAL MANAGEMENT PLAN (ESMP) regarding the local communities and individuals that are affected by the Project.
• Supervise the Community Liaison Officer (CLO), manage and coordinate the daily work of the CLO (s) to ensure proper response and communication with the communities or the Project Affected People (PAP).
• To ensure the implementation of the Complaints Response System by Subcontractors and EPCC.
• Ensure timely registration of the Complaints response system in the complaints log and submit the relevant weekly report to the Assistant Project Manager.
• Follow-up with the CLO(s) on the timely completion of the design review reports.
• Supervise the preparations for Community Consultation Meetings.
• Ensure receiving daily reports by the CLOs about the implementations of the agreed PAPs related to mitigations measures either proposed in a design review report or in response to complaints.
• Prepare a monthly complaints response report with register log and submit it to the Assistant Project Manager.
• Advice GAMA’s management for the proper actions regarding the PAPs or affected communities in order to minimize potential Projects' impacts.
• Manage and Supervise any discussion or negotiation with PAPs or affected communities when needed.
• Responsible to maintain close coordination with the relevant governors along the Project pipeline route to ensure proper coordination between the Project and the relevant local community.
• Ensure relations with the nearby local communities remain positive throughout the Project construction process
• Coordinating with the company’s security manager for any forced work stoppage by the locals.
• Ensure proper coordination between the Project and the relevant local and security administrations along the Project’s sites, to maintain close coordination and follow up the security matters and arising issues in order to ensure timely response for the security threats in addition to guaranteeing proper mitigations implementation.
• Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Conducting interviews and reference checks on job applicants.
• Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, in particular contract preparation.
• Providing special information and guidance to employees and managers on HR policy and practice and employment law.

- Illegal Termination
- Follow up with the Authority of wages, in the Ministry of Labors
- Follow up with the Department of Execution.
