Scope:
•Demonstrate and use expert knowhow of the entire MEP part of construction projects in all its aspects design, function, installations and coordination with other trades
•Coordinate the MEP design and execution between design office and contractors/subcontractors
•Provide the planning input for the MEP works and Monitor Planning vs. Progress on site
•Document project progress and/or delays through letters which can be used as contractual aids during disputes
•Control the document flows
•Review resource reports like (manpower histograms, plant and machinery schedule) and ascertain adequacy of resources deployed for timely completion of the project
•Review and certify the monthly invoicing of the contractors/subcontractors
•Audit the performance of MEP subcontractors
•Implement/follow proper QA/QC procedures by maintaining and following Project QA/QC Manual
•Lead technical coordination meetings with subcontractors and project staff
•Provide technical input for offer requests and the awarding of MEP subcontracts to the contracts, procurement departments
•Awareness of International and Local Building Codes of all MEP Systems
•Have hands on experience on the procurement, installation, testing & commissioning of all MEP Systems
•Lead and Mentor a team of Mechanical and Electrical teams on Site
•Oversee and enforce the implementation of HSE by MEP Contractors
•Ensure compliance of construction activity to best industry standards, international codes, planned timelines, allotted budget, company strategy and goals.

Scope:
•Work under nominal supervision taking responsibility for definable parts of the project
•Undertake electrical systems design, predominantly for building projects, including power systems, lighting, fire alarm and other signal systems
•Calculations for lighting systems and associated controls
•Prepare and review drawings detailing the design
•Incorporate sustainable design methods in buildings
•Create/prepare reports
•Coordinate work with Clients and Engineers of other disciplines
•Attend meetings and communicate with clients to establish their needs and discuss design issues with them.

Scope:
•Responsible for cost analyses, development of design criteria, routing and siting of transmission lines.
•Responsible for conductor selection studies, shielding, grounding and induction studies.
•Work with vendors and clients to specify transmission line components.
•Review transmission line models; verify right of way requirements, conductor sags, and transmission line plan and profile drawings.
•Supervise Electrical Engineering Department staff and report to the principals of the firm
•Prepare or schedule training for engineers and CAD operators
•Monitor hours spent on projects and direct efforts to maintain design budgets
•Prepare periodic project status reports
•Prepare arc flash reports and training for clients
