❖ Preparation of risk assessment for each activity under company’s scope and
categorized the risk of each activity.
❖ Attend some coordination meeting with client and proponent.

safety statistics required by client.

employees or returnees prior to mobilization to project site.

PTW, CSSP, SWP, JSA, PSI, ESIC, ERP, HIP and Company’s Safety Plan etc.
❖ Conducting routine inspection of site.
❖ Ensuring proper safety for assigned employees.
❖ Carry out daily surveys to ensure that only safe work methods are in
operation.
❖ Discussion with management about all major issues at site.
❖ Attend meetings with management, client and sub-contractors on routine
basis
❖ Designation of duties and areas of responsibilities to all HSE Officers.
❖ Responsible to lead the ERT in case of any emergency.
❖ Supervision and conduction of full investigation of accidents/ incidents
including near misses, determination of probable Causes and enforces
appropriate permanent measures.
❖ Conduction of Safety Orientation Program for new employees prior to
mobilization to the project site.
❖ Special attention at Hydro test, NDT test, pneumatic test, scaffolding fixing
jobs and crane activity and other high risky activities.
❖ Promote awareness in workers for assuring safe and health work
environment.
❖ Time to time necessary up to date training for employees regarding safe
work procedures and standards.
Reporting and maintain the record of vehicle accidents and violence against
project rules.
❖ Provide assistance to Client safety department for compliance audit at work
site and special permit areas.
❖ Receiving daily observation report from each HSE officer and evaluating their
performance.
❖ Handling and documenting all LOTO related work inside substations.
❖ During Pre-commissioning co-ordination for LOTO Personal.
❖ Review and Report daily, weekly and monthly safety monitoring system
(SMS) checklist
❖ Conduct every two-month fire drill (job site, office, camp).
❖ Ensure that all incidents and reported immediately
