-Facilitated more than 20 training related to DRR and WASH at community, school at Bhakthpur, Dhading, Gorkha, Newakot with support of local NGOs, UNICEF, UNFPA, NRCS (3 days training to student, teacher, community people separately)
-Lead LDCRP (Local disaster and climate resilience plan ) preparation process of rural municipality Under UNFPA support.
-Conducted different 3 training on post construction training to water user committee of Rukum district.
Since starting of 2008 I am working in the Development sector as , Project officer, coordinator, director in different INGOs and UN agency, Basically I have expertise in DRR-CCA, WASH and governance in the development sector. I have successfully completed more 4 project related to health, Hygiene, DRR, and livelihood including earthquake recovery program.
