and Responsibilities
•To receive all goods/tools into the Storeroom ensuring that they are as detailed on supporting documentation (delivery notes, receiving reports, purchasing orders, marker quotation list).
•To properly store/stock tools and goods in an orderly manner.
•To issue tools and goods only against a properly authorized requisition and adjust stock control card accordingly.
•To keep all storeroom area under his control in a clean and orderly condition at all times.
•To ensure the security of tools and goods under his control by controlling keys with access to the area.
•To review inventories for obsolete/slow moving of passed “shelf life” tools and goods, and advice Warehouse Manager accordingly.
•To make self-imposed checks between perpetual records and actual stock and investigate any discrepancies where necessary with report to Warehouse Manager.
•Be prepared at any time for a management stock take.
•Establish minimum/maximum stock levels from all tools and goods.

• Determines how much material to pump through schedules, instructions or verbal orders.
•Clean, lubricate and fix pumps and vessels. Using hand tools,
•Connect pipelines and hoses to vessels and pumps before the material is transferred.
•Turns valves and begins pumps to begin or regulate the flow of substances.
•Monitor gauges and inspect equipment to make sure that the flow is running smoothly.
• If necessary, a pump technician reports any abnormalities.
•Pump operators work as a team by communicating with other workers by signal, radio or telephone to start or stop flows.
•Record data, such as products, quantities and times.
and Responsibilities
•Responsible for maintaining and protecting properties, tools and equipment assigned for his use.
•Assist in unloading of delivered materials / tools / consumables.
•Issuing of tools/consumables/materials to site personnel’s.
•Record all borrowed tools thru tools borrowers form (TBR) and monitor the unreturned borrowed tools.
•Picks materials to/ from temporary to outside storage locations, prepare picked materials for issue as directed.
•Prepares materials, records, documents and packing for all items returned to supplier for credit or released to supplier for repair service. Inspects warehouse and outside storage locations for cleanliness, perform “housekeeping” chores such as dusting shelves and stored materials.
•Attends training courses, seminars, etc. as required by the Company.
•Performs other duties as required by immediate superior.
•Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
