•In charge of the day-to-day operations of the company and the direction of the overall business plan, youwill perform all areas of project management by monitoring and tracking schedules and milestones tosupport the design and development activities for new projects. Build new processes, develop, and analyzepurchasing information, and provide monthly metrics reports, & delivering insights while creating andsupporting dashboards to help sales leaders drive their business.
•Develop new processes using VISIO and others Enterprise Architecture platforms, create and maintaindashboards using Power BI, build and analyze purchasing data, and give monthly metrics reports in order toenable sales leaders grow their businesses and assist the board in tracking the KPIs' progress.
•Assist in the development of competitive concept proposals by working with the business development, marketing, and product departments. Verify that all contracts are current and that all future vendorpartnerships abide by NTL-specific vendor standards that meet security and legal criteria.
•Create new service offers based on documented market and client demands while managing andmaintaining a structured analysis of target American markets, clients, and documentation in the CRMsystem.
•Build and maintain connections with key contacts at potential clients, consulting firms, and partners to gainaccess to new prospects. Give market intelligence and feedback to global and regional teams on market, industry, and competitor trends.
•Increase the company's revenue by 30% in the first year of employment while lowering project costs from$4.0 million to $2.2 million for approximately 100 projects for AT&T and T-Mobile in the US Market. Decrease project lead time by 50%, which resulted in significant reductions in material handling, inventory and increasing the quality of services by 80%; by implementing technology solution.
•To assist sales executives in growing their businesses, new processes should be developed, purchase datashould be developed and analyzed, monthly metrics reports should be given, and dashboards should besupported.
•Manages the analysis of business and operating models, market trends, and the technology sector to identifyany potential effects on the business strategy, direction, and architecture of the firm.
•Create a goal digital architecture considering trends, gaps, and high-value use cases to suit the needs andproprieties of clients.
•Set sales goals, marketing programs, and profit targets for each distributor in the region; Find suitablepartners to expand the company's market presence.
•Participate in research and implementation of project management tools and methodology.
