Responsible for taking care of GSM, 3g, LTE, Network operations, Transmission Operations in Chennai
•To ensure the network availability and performance network in the circles and ensure to maintain 2G & 3G Network KPI’s.
•Responsible for implementing new features like MNP, ICR etc in the circles..
•Taking care of ICR Operations in Southern circles .
•Monitoring payments and penalties per terms of contracts terms with IP vendors . Co-ordination between corporate and circles for contract management, ensuring contractual deliverable & agreed KPIs, SLA’s are met and initiate for any deviations as per the requirements.
•Managing the Tekelac STP - MS Operations
•Inter working with other technical teams in corporate /region, regional IT, finance, commercial, RA & marketing teams at circle level for smooth operations in the circles
•Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members around more than 55 to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets
•Taken full Responsibility for restoration of BTS sites, Core location in Chennai during the flood in Dec 2015 and Vardha cyclone in Dec 2016
Responsible for Operations & Maintenance of Nokia MSS / MGW , Traffic & Performance Management, Fault Management, Configuration Management .
•Set up the NOC Operations for Network Alarm Monitoring, Escalations and corrective actions based on the alarms .
•Set up the Project Plans for the overall network rollout of Core Network Elements and set up the team & recruited the Manpower as per the requirement .
•Interfaced with Customer for day to day operations as per contractual KPIs .
•Implemented and rolled out the new feature ICR concept in Videocon in Chennai & ROTN Network
•Dimensioning the Core Network for future services and Capacity requirements.
•Providing support to GNOC and the deliverables as per the agreed KPIs.
•Proactive measure for augmentation of capacities in core nodes and interface utilization (POIs/ Inter MSC, etc.)
•Ensure Switch Network Availability as per the contractual KPIs.
•Performance analysis of all core nodes & Schedule of preventive maintenance of all core nodes
During the Launch, Provided support & set up the 7 Switches of Lucent 5ESS CDMA 2000 MSCs in the CDMA environment and AXE 810 Gateway GMSC, One GSM MSC , 2 MGW, 4 BSC’s in Chennai & Tamilnadu . Expertise in the areas of deployment, implementation & integration of Mobile Core Network Elements .
•Responsible for Operations & Maintenance of both Alcatel -Lucent, Huwaei CDMA / GSM network consisting of 5 MSCs, 4 BSC’s & 3000 BTS in Chennai .
•Monitoring & taking corrective action of Network quality parameters .

Planning, Engineering , Operation & Maintenance of Ericsson AXE-10 MSC/VLR/HLR.
•Played a major role in Migration & Co-ordination with Ericsson for the Installation & commissioning of New MSC / BSC in the Network without affecting the existing MSC/BTS downtime
Responsible for regression testing of Wireless Call Processing, Wireless Supplementary services, Traffic Measurements, Billing, and GSM-INAP. Verification of interworking functionality between BSSAP and ISUP, BSSAP and R2MFC. Analyzing/Decoding of BSSAP, MAP and ISUP messages using protocol Analyzers/Lucent's Proprietary tools
Responsible for Switch Engineering, Traffic & Performance Management, Fault Management, Configuration Management, Maintenance of switching system, monitoring, up keeping of switching systems
•Actively involved in the TEC & A/T Evaluation team and close coordination with DOT / Private operators for various Point of Interconnect tests..
•Knowledge in call processing stages in SS7 signaling through Net hawk analyzer.
