Procurement and Contract Administration of Eight (08) Contract Packages amounting to almost 220 Million US$ of the project “Rehabilitation and Upgradation of Balloki Barrage and Lower Bari Doab Canal System” and it’s funded by Asian Development Bank (ADB). My duties covers all stages of the Project which involves pre-qualification, bidding, award, contract administration of FIDIC Conditions of Contract including dealing with cost and time claims of the Contractor, issuing of Taking Over Certificates & Performance Certificate and Processing of Final Bill.
I work as a part time employee of the company for various civil engineering projects in the capacity of Contract manager. My duties involves preparation of pre-qualification & bidding documents and contract administration of Contract based on FIDIC conditions of Contract and preparation of Cost and Time Claims and Day to Day basis Contractual Correspondence.
- Preparation of Prequalification Documents and Prequalification Evaluation Report for 24 contract Packages.
- Preparation of Bid Evaluation Report & Contract Document (Conformed Copies) of all contract packages.
- Site Incharge for execution of road works, RCC retaining wall and RCC block foundation
