Handling of Disbursement of personal loans and consumer durable loans.
Team handling like training, queries solving, daily process downloading, motivate and inspire team members towards achievements. Daily MIS preparation.
NDC checking, LOS ID creation for the consumer durable loans.
Ability to take challenges. Work with functional managers and team’s sponsor to obtain necessary resources to support the team requirements.
Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team.
Provide guidance to the team based on management direction.

PROCESS and OPERATIONS:
•Handling of cash receipts and payment, initiating NEFT, RTGS transactions.
•Cross selling of savings account, current account, life insurance, mutual funds, expression debit cards, credit cards.
•Customer service of account closures, FD creations, form 15H, form 15G.
RPC Operations
Handling disbursement of home loan, car loans, personal loans.
NDC checking and LOS id creation
