• Provide maintenance and technical support to Area Managers and Engineers.
• Review and approve Low voltage and high voltage switching procedures before switching work is done.
• Authorized to operate on high voltage and medium voltage systems.
• Act as maintenance Area Manager as and when required.
• Manage and supervise contractors and consultants for all projects from construction and commissioning, till operation.
• Inspect and ensure all Electrical Installations meet the Company specifications and statutory standards.

• Ensure Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) compliance within the team through effective use of the toolbox meetings.
• Utilize the Information Management System (IMS) to initiate, investigate and report SHEQ status.
• Facilitate the commissioning of all Electrical Installations with all disciplines according to the company commissioning procedure.
• Witness testing and commissioning of all electrical installations (LV and MV).
• Perform factory acceptance (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT) of electrical equipment, switchgears, and all electrical installations.
• Equipment condition monitoring and act on conditioning monitoring results.
• Partake in the development of maintenance strategies.
• Monitor failures and incidents and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent reoccurrence.
• Conduct potential deviation analysis (PDA) to mitigate all risks for all critical maintenance work in the plant.
• Ensure management of change (MOC) principles are applied for all projects execution and modifications.
• Maintain professional conduct and maintain good relationship with all stakeholders.
