• Supervises and directs the daily activities of all technical services
department supervisors and subordinates and is responsible for the
efficient and smooth operation of the property operations and
maintenance department.
• Makes periodic checks of completed repair and maintenance work to
ensure that established quality standards have been met.
• Handles grievances, suggestions, and complaints by employees and
recommends appropriate action to the Line manager.
• Attends staff and operational meetings.
• Supervises and coordinates all maintenance service and repairs
pertaining to building and related equipment.
Quantity Take Off for all Civil elements (manually, A‐CAD) based
on pricing preambles and compiling the Tender BOQ with
description.
* Analyze and compare quotations received at bid stage and
clarifying exclusions/qualifications.
* Compilation of tender/bid offer submission.
* Responsible for Management of Material, machineries and
quality of control.
