● Respond efficiently and effectively to all security related incidents and emergencies

● Ensure all security workers are trained by SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) in order to reach the obligations of the local laws.
● Making of reports on a daily basis and submit to recommended summit
● Coaching the newly assigned staffs, this can be done through involving in work with employees that he/she learn better through practical in order to establish suitable goals

● Advocate for Organization, this can be done through briefing the employees for the new rules and regulation of the organization to avoid frustration by the Actions.
