L01 Office Building, supervision of construction for an office building with a gross floor
area of approximately 45, 000 m2 set on a lot area of approximately 125, 000 m2. The
scope covers all infrastructure, vertical construction works, and all works associated
with the provision of services including temporary works, as needed at the construction
site area. The project follows an ultra-fast-track design and build schedule.
- King Abdul Aziz International Airport, Saudi Arabia. Project management, design
review (according to LEED requirements), construction management, and supervision
for a new airport based on a new phased master plan up to the year 2035, Phase 1,
comprising a new passenger terminal complex (670, 000 m²); including facility design
to cater to both domestic and international operations, full hub capability with the latest
systems and equipment; a railway station and an automated passenger mover (APM);
a control tower and related systems; a baggage handling system (BHS); support
buildings and facilities; and major utility networks.
programmed coordination for related projects, including fuel tank farm, desalination
plant, and sewage treatment plant. Tasks also included all BMS & SCADA modelling.
- Abraj Kudai Project, Saudi Arabia. Detailed design and supervision of construction for
a landmark multi-functional development in the vicinity of Makkah's Holy Haram on a
site area of 64, 000 m². consisting of a large podium and 12 towers on top of the podium.
The project also comprises a health center. Total built-up area: 1.5 million m².
- My duties and responsibilities are to guide the contractors to follow and fulfill the design
and approved shop drawings by using the approved materials according to related
codes and standards, including (and not limited to) reviewing the design & shop
drawings, RFIs, and the material.
- Supervisor implementation of systems that included but were not limited to LV, ICT,
BMS, SMS, FM200, FAS, etc., as well as testing and commissioning

Planning and decide the requirement for the Manufacturing to insure the continues run for the production process with the highest efficiency with the lowest cost.
•Make the yearly maintenance preventive plan for all machinery and control the spare parts store.
•Make the needed improvement and development for the machine by applying the highest standards of safety, and also designing & tendering for new machine.

• Follow up on all facility management tasks, including but not limited to the following:
• Plan and determine manufacturing requirements to ensure continuous production with
maximum efficiency and minimum cost.
• Follow up on all MEP-related design and construction works.
• Prepare the annual preventive maintenance plan for all machinery based on the
manufacturers best practice recommendations and manage the spare parts store.
• Identify and implement necessary machine improvements and upgrades in line with the
highest safety standards, as well as design and tender new machines & production
lines.

Follow up the contractors for the company project.
•Make the planes for all services around the project (electrical, mechanical).
•Review the entire project AutoCAD drawing and make the required adjustments.
•Also control the equipment & the machine spare parts procurement.

• Follow up on implementing organizational projects with all related stakeholders
(including but not limited to): contractors, designers, providers, etc.).
• Make fully integrated plans for all services around the projects, which include all MEP
systems.
• Review the entire projects CAD drawing & documents, ensuring alignment with the
organizations goals and objectives with full commitment to the planned schedules.
• Supervising procurement for all equipment and the machinery spare parts, which
includes long & short-term deliveries (local & international).

Supervising the maintenance team.
•Make planes for daily, weekly, monthly and preventive maintenance and reporting for that.
• Maintenance for Production lines & conveyers, Plastic Injection Machine Factory, Maintenance PLC & Automation Insertion Machine, and printing machine.
•Key person in ERP system.
•Also control the equipment & the machine spare parts procurement.

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to achieve operational targets and ensure
timely completion of all maintenance plan activities.
• Make fully integrated plans for all services around the projects, which include all MEP
systems.
• Review the entire factory CAD drawing & documents, ensuring alignment with the
organizations goals and objectives with full commitment to the planned schedules.
◦ Follow up on and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and preventive maintenance
schedules, including reporting for production lines.
• Follow up on all production stages in all production & QC lines (TV, LCD, fridge, small
appliances, etc.).
• key user for ERP system for all operation & maintenance as well as procurement

• Manage procurement activities for all machinery production lines, spare parts, tools,
and all related equipment.
